How it works+

A peptide program here starts with labs and a prescriber visit, and uses only peptides a licensed pharmacy can compound on a prescription today, such as sermorelin, with NAD+ and glutathione as supporting therapies. The list of what is allowed changed several times in 2026. Anything not on it is not offered, whatever you may have read online.

What it feels like+

A nightly injection with a tiny needle, taught at the first visit.

Afterward+

Monthly check-ins and labs as the program goes.

Not for you if+
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Active cancer
  • Uncontrolled diabetes
  • Under 18

Sydney goes through this with you before anything starts.

Pairs well with+

IV therapy.

Do you offer BPC-157?+

Not until it is legally compoundable. The FDA panel recommended it in July 2026 but the rule is not final. When that changes, this page will.

Is sermorelin the same as HGH?+

No. Sermorelin prompts your own body to release growth hormone. It is not growth hormone itself.

Are peptides FDA approved?+

Most are not approved drugs. Some can be compounded by prescription. Nothing here is described as approved when it is not.
